- The Quran also believes that every disease which has been sent down on earth, there is a cure for and so Muslims are entitled to seek treatment for these illnesses
MASJID-E-AQSA
Universal Islamic Mission/ Masjid-E-Aqsa () is an organization which serves the community of the GTA. It is a part of the Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamaat. We strive to educate, motivate, and empower our youth and Muslim children to build a strong foundation and future for Islam in Canada for years to come. Alhamdullilah, a variety of religious, social, educational, and recreational activities, events, and services are provided at our Masjid/community centre and in the homes of our community members.
A weekly Islamic school for children and youth, Madrassa Fatima Zahra (), is operated on Saturdays, along with daily madrassa for children.
Madrassa Fatima Zahra() also has an active Sisters’ Youth Group who work on gaining knowledge and providing Islamic educational events and videos for the Muslim community. The goal is to provide a fun, halal environment to engage the youth and children in the masjid and increase their passion to learn about and practice Islam.
